My sporting background expands over a wide range of activities having spent the last 20 yrs playing rugby union to a high standard then 10yrs, while doing this, as an active member in the professional Thai Boxing circuit, while teaching Watersports in my spare time and having pursued a degree in Sports Health, Exercise and Nutrition, I know, I like to keep myself busy.  At the moment due to a career change into the entertainment business the contact sports have taken a backseat, except fencing, and my days are filled with Acting, Stage Combat and Physical Theatre.  Any spare time I have after that I use training for 10k races and Triathalons.
 
Remedial massage after a sporting activity is an obvious benefit to a sports-person.  It's a known fact that deep friction massage can reduce the recovery time of an injury by a third. Innovative stretching techniques to maintain and improve muscular flexibility and performance are also vital to the serious competitive sports-person.  A good enthusiastic knowledge of biomechanics is a rare advantage.  Janet is an excellent Massage Therapist and with her excellent knowledge of all of the above, it helped me to achieve my goals… I would recommend her treatment to anyone wanting a first class massage...

Janet’s knowledge and massage skills are excellent, without her I find it hard to believe I would have got through the London Marathon 2008. She helped me through my whole training process, diet and reassuring me the whole time. Not only did she help me through any aches and pains she taught me the best stretching techniques, which I do still use after exercise, she was my rock throughout. A huge thank you to Janet and I would recommend her to anyone she is fantastic.
