My sporting background expands over a wide range of activities having spent the last 20 yrs playing rugby union to a high standard then 10yrs, while doing this, as an active member in the professional Thai Boxing circuit, while teaching Watersports in my spare time and having pursued a degree in Sports Health, Exercise and Nutrition, I know, I like to keep myself busy. At the moment due to a career change into the entertainment business the contact sports have taken a backseat, except fencing, and my days are filled with Acting, Stage Combat and Physical Theatre. Any spare time I have after that I use training for 10k races and Triathalons.
